Greetings Hive Lovers!!

Welcome to #threetunestuesday created by @ablaze. It is my first time posting here though I have read and listened to lots of Tunes by great Hivians. I am guilty as charged for not trying this out earlier.

Today’s tune was inspired by Love and Distance which the new year brought in. The love we have for the world and the distance spent apart from our loved ones. It is a new year which indicates we will have to resume back to work and most likely leave our loved ones behind. The days we spent together physically are over and now, all that is left are voice messages left on our cell phones.

These thoughts prompted me to go for songs that relate to love and distance in today's edition of #TTT. The songs are as follows;

Firstly,” Let's talk about love” by Celine Dion.

This music was released in the year 1997 on the 18th of November.

I chose this music because it reminded me that we need love even when we are from different races. We can see wars that have taken over our lives. Many started their life with the sound of war and ended it with it. Sadly, we see ourselves differently because of our skin color which many terms Racism. Love, trust, and understanding are lost in our world and this music is to remind us about humanity.

Let’s join hands together and Let's talk about love. Let’s embrace each other as it is all we need. Let’s speak peace and spread love out there instead of hating. This is also to remind us that love truly prevails if we let it.

Secondly, "Heal the world" by Michael Jackson.

During New Year’s Eve, many lost their loved ones and lots of people died on New Year’s day itself. It hurts that we feel broken by this and this is where Michael Jackson’s Music ” Heal the world” comes in. This music was released by the music legend In the year 1992 on 23rd November.

I chose this music because of what it entails. The way the lyrics hit every 206 bone in the body reminds us of the love we are meant to showcase in the universe. The love of humanity, the war that tears us apart, and the pains that disrupt humanity.

Lastly, Long distance by Brandy.

The last of the #ttt is a music that speaks about the distance between two hearts. This is what the Chinese term has the Yin and Yang to tell us the pain that two loved hearts feel when they are apart. The Tune for this is Brandy's music, ” Long distance.” This was released in the year 2008 on the 15th of October.

The music is a sad melody that shows the tears of the heart and it echoes for being far away from the other one. It is beautiful, yet sad. Beautiful that the human heart can feel this loved to the point that it breaks down when it isn’t with the other. This is to remind us that love truly reigns and there is true love out there for people who are ready to take the risk.

This ends the tune for today.
