Not Knowing.

Source

Words were shared and heard,
By the saddened heart of hers,
The pillow understood the word he said,
And had them interpreted with the echoes of cries heard by her ears.

Not long ago it all seemed beautiful,
As both hearts were delightful,
But the word said were regretful,
Leaving the once happy soul dreadful.

We all say we understand the language of love,
As the feeling makes the heart dance along,
But what happens when it opens its clove,
And we get to see it will always hurt.

No one can pinpoint when love begins,
As it is a feeling that is never seen coming,
But the moment it gets right stuck in,
We are left with the fantasies of the series that may set in..

Not knowing how nature begins,
The voices of birds could be heard chirping,
And then came in the dusk as he brought out his whips,
Sending her tons of it with his painful words not knowing.

Still yours truly,
Balikis.

Thanks for reading...

Peace be unto those who crave it and more to those who chase it away.

The greatest poet of our time. Beautiful things happen when we least expect them.

Your poem is painful to read. I can relate because I am aware of the situation. I've been there and done that.

You get over a broken heart by doing the right things to begin the healing process. You should tell yourself to forgive yourself and your ex and move on while you are doing so. The adage "time heals all wounds" is true. If you make the most of this healing period, it is very true.

Although it is never easy, there are ways to speed up and ease the healing process. Don't suppress your feelings, give yourself time to mourn, take care of your physical needs, and concentrate on the good things in your life, including yourself. You can recover in 24 hour, a month, half month, a year or more, it all takes time. But time will heal, @balikis95.

I really liked the poem, so much feeling and imagery tucked into 180 words! Poetry is always so hard for me 😂 I've been meaning to not just upvote, but actually COMMENT for like a week now, sorry it took so long 😘 !PIZZA
