#MONOMAD - Dancing with the camera around the house (21 photos)

You might think that we are walking along a street and admiring its houses. This is partly true. But only partly. All photographs show the same house.

One frame is not enough here, so there will be a lot of pictures. Profitable house N.Ya. and F.Ya. Kolobovs. Architect S.G. Ginger, 1910. Corner of Matveevskaya Street and Pushkarsky Lane.

The color photographs are unexpectedly too delicate. I didn't want to do too deep post-processing to give the depth of the colors. This would distort reality. I decided to just remove the colors and process the photo in a high key.

Цветные фотографии получились неожиданно слишком нежными. Мне не хотелось делать слишком глубокую постобработку для придания цветам глубины. Это исказило бы реальность. Я решил просто убрать цвета и обработать фото в высоком ключе.

First, let's go to the left of the house and see some close-ups.

Вначале зайдём слева от дома и посмотрим несколько крупных планов.

Every detail of the external decor is thought out here. There are many beautiful houses in the city. Sometime 30 years ago, I lived not far from this house in the house of Kirov. But I rarely walked in this direction, and I photographed this "Kolobovsky House" and saw it for the first time ever.

Здесь продумана каждая деталь внешнего декора. В городе много красивых домов. Когда-то лет 30 назад я жил недалеко от этого дома в доме Кирова. Но я редко ходил в эту сторону и этот "Колобовский дом" я фотографировал и видел практически впервые за всё время.

There was another reason why I chose the monochrome processing option. It was in the spring, the trees were still bare and against the background of the light house, the graphics of tree crowns are clearly visible.

Была и ещё одна причина, по которой я выбрал монохромный вариант обработки. Дело было весной, деревья стояли ещё голые и на фоне светлого дома хорошо видна графика крон деревьев.

Honestly, I think that my words only distract the eye from walking and admiring the beauty of the architecture of this house. I'll just shut up now and continue to show you this beauty.

Если чесно, я думаю, что мои слова только отвлекают взгляд от прогулки и любования красотой архитектуры этого дома. Я сейчас просто замолчу и продолжу показывать вам эту красоту.

Perhaps later I will make a video with music and visuals.
