At the back of the house

This is my entry for #monomad by @monochromes

This is a special place in the house where the laundry room is and I could say that it is my space since I am the one who uses it the most, not only to wash clothes but also as a darkroom to develop films or make handmade paper or small pottery. It is a place I like to go in the morning to drink mate.

This is a piece of log that I use as a seat in the back of the house, outside the laundry room.

It was also a more special place for a few months as this beautiful cat, Vuelito, lived there before he was encouraged to come into the house - where he has been living for a few months now. He showed up one day calling me - I'm sure he was looking for me - and stayed here to live with us. He is very beautiful and sweet and mischievous. I love him with all my heart.
