Houses lost on mountains

Hello to all!

Today I will show you some pictures of houses in mountain environment.

I wish to live in one of such peaceful places...
Living with natural rhythm.

Isolated, with a fireplace, something to eat, many books, enjoying one of the most important thing we have in life, even more rare: the Time.

Here we are in Aosta Valley, at the beginning of Saint-Barthélemy valley (31.01.2017), in a foggy winter day:

Around my town, Pavullo nel Frignano (24.12.2012):

An abandoned wooden house near a pond, Pavullo nel Frignano, in a foggy day (24.12.2012):

The same house, same years after, in a sunny day (13.02.2015):

Old houses above Prad Mill, Piedmont, after a snowfall (05.01.2016):

Again Saint-Barthélemy valley (31.01.2017):

Col Serena, Aosta valley (06.01.2016):

Ollomont, Aosta valley, during a huge snowfall (10.01.2016):

Ospitale, Appennino between Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany, the house self builded, stones after stones, by some dear friends of mine:

Val d'Ayas, Alps, near Ferraro refugee (22.03.2014):

Verra Inferiore plain, Val d'Ayas (23.03.2014):

Now you know some of the places I love.

Thanks for reading!

Pictures taken with my heroic Nikon D800.

The biggest disadvantage of living in such places is that people have to leave their homes when it snows heavily. Here in Pakistan also people living in this way come to places where there is no snow in winter.
