Shigar valley - Let's take back time and kindness

There are two things I can't do: stop smoking and giving also when I haven't nothing to give.
I'm still working about the second one.
Pakistani people do the second one very well.
They give all to friends and family, also when they own nothing.

Friendship and love are the things more important to be happy, and they are free, we can't buy them.
Are people worth based on what they do or for what they are?
How much worth a beating heart or a crazy passion?

We stopped in a little and typical inn towards Askole, in Shigar valley northern Pakistan.
I ate some simple plates, very tastefully, exactly dishes I wanted to eat, as if someone had read in my mind.
After, and before lunch, I did this reportage.

The green wall was perfect to shot some portraits and to save in memory the job and daily life in this inn.

Sometimes I think about immaterial things like kindness, love, passion and I think in Europe we are less and less able to appreciate the value all these kind of things. We are forgetting how much sociality, time and friendship worth, and we live even more alone. We are blinded by money, welfare and security, we have a price for everything, but we can't help other people anymore, and we aren't able to enjoy and smile, anymore.

Despite of many things should be changed here, it is why I love this country every day more.
