Light and darkness.
When God created light and darkness He probably wanted us to appreciate both.
After all we can only evaluate light when we find ourselves in darkness and we can understand what darkness is only when we see somewhere a reflection of light in the darkness.
But everything is not so simple because not all darkness can be darkness it can be a time for our rest and not all light is light.
