Really fantasy - It's time to remember the Sherwood forest

Our world, gradually, or, conversely, rapidly, turns into medieval Nottingham.

People are deprived of their livelihoods, their income is diminishing, and taxes are increasing, they are oppressed in freedom of movement and freedom of expression ... such is the reality of our fantasy, which, it was difficult to imagine, only two years ago.

This confirms that history is moving in circles and the history of the city of Nottingham, its greedy and voracious masters, is returning.

Peasants and city dwellers. who could not pay the fees, were forced to seek refuge in the Sherwood Forest, which usually frightened people with its mystery.

But, as you know, where Nottingham and Sherwood Forest appear, those who resist the authorities appear, and in today's reality, they will no longer be the Robin Hoods who are lining carriages with gold on forest roads with bows and arrows in their hands. ...

I don't want this picture to be prophetic, no, I would like Nottingham and Robin Hood to end their existence on this canvas.

A difficult autumn full of emotions and this photograph became the basis of the picture.

The road between reality and fantasy came together.

Robin Hood's arrow will always point towards Nottingham.

To be honest, initially, I wanted to create something positive and fun, but the latest news from Ukraine, the laws that are now ready for adoption do not give cause for laughter, parents who do not give consent to the vaccination of their children may lose parental rights and movable and immovable property, people are removed from work without a livelihood, zenas for utility bills are growing, half of the country is in loans, people are restricted in their rights and freedoms ... Sherwood Forest, for now, is the only means of fighting Nottingham.
