Yesterday I was looking through the shorts feed and judging by the saturation of thematic videos the topic of which I had never been interested in I realized that we live in a world that can be divided into two parts... one part says that sugar is harmful and the other part says that sugar is absolutely harmless.

Yes nothing was said about obvious benefits lol.

So, in any case, one of these two is lying, but it doesn’t matter to me at all because when I want to eat something sweet, none of them will stop me and none of them will motivate me to do so. so that I would eat more sweets than I want.

Let them talk about converting sucrose into glucose and stick fructose on top of it it doesn’t matter to me at all because I don’t give myself a choice - eat a berry or drink a sugar-laden soda most likely I’ll sprinkle a fair amount of sugar on the berry and wash it down with sweet soda lol.
