Greetings friends!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

We continue our journey through the multifaceted and multidimensional world of postage stamps and the path that the series of postage stamps "Flowers-Roses", issued in 1979 on the island of Cuba, led us to a beautiful rose called Rosa indica, which we will see on the postage poppy denomination of 3 Cuban centavos.

I don’t know how the roses survived the tropical climate of Cuba, but from the postage stamp images, they did well.

Before publishing this post, I wanted to check my photo archive for photos of roses which I made far from Cuba, in Ukraine.

The task of postage stamps is to connect people who are far from each other and as you can see the love of roses also unites us.

It is a pity that I could not turn on my old computer, which fell asleep and stores most of the photo archive, but I managed to transfer some photographs to a flash drive.

But, if he wakes up, we will see a lot more roses, or we will have to wait for next summer and a new blooming of roses.

I edited a photo in the program PhotoDirector, which I also installed on my smartphone.
For my publications, I do not use stock photographs, it is fundamentally important for me to use photographs that I have made with my own hands for publication and I can name them - authorial work.
