Greetings friends!

There is a saying that says that from the outside, an observer, a spectator, a fan, it is always better to see the situation better.

This is especially noticeable in the park, near a bench where two chess players are playing a game, and around them a lot of advisers have gathered who advise which piece should be moved, a knight or an elephant.

So in philately, there are moments that may not have been noticed by those who cataloged postage stamps.

For example, a series of postage stamps issued in the USSR in 1986. which we are currently compiling is listed as "Mushrooms (1986)", but, if you look, it should be called "Poisonous Mushrooms. (1986)", in view of the fact that all the mushrooms depicted on the postage stamps of this series are poisonous.

This is important, but not critical. lol.

On the next postage stamp with a face value of 10 kopecks of the USSR, we will see a very poisonous mushroom Panther cap (Amanita pantherina).

Knowing that this mushroom is poisonous does not mean that if you meet this mushroom in the forest, you need to destroy it by stepping on it.

No, the fact that we consider this mushroom dangerous and useless for us does not mean that it does not benefit nature.

The mushrooms themselves and their tomb accumulate life-giving moisture, which they give to the trees in the forests, interacting in symbiosis with the root systems of the trees.
