My Actifit Report Card: March 24 2024
Hola Actifit, de nuevo por acá con un nuevo reporte, el día de hoy les mostraré una foto en la cual las cuales tomé con un amigo debido a que salimos a caminar, a hablar y a trotar por una bonita tarde🌇, y mientras se hacía de noche🌙, presencié una luna hermosa, aunque con mi cámara no se veía tan bonita, pero igualmente le tomé fotos.
Aparte de eso, le enseñé aprovechando que estamos en la vereda y obviamente estábamos cerca de las barras, le enseñé unos métodos para hacer dominadas, fondos y flexiones.
Un día hermoso y muy bonito ya que tenía rato sin verlo, y aparte fue la mejor experiencia que he podido haber tenido en tanto tiempo porque tenías rato sin pasar tiempo con él, y además, el que le enseñara y el que entrenemos juntos lo hace una experiencia de lo más bonito. Es un gran amigo mío.🫂

Apart from that, I taught him, taking advantage of the fact that we are on the sidewalk and obviously we were close to the bars, I taught him some methods to do pull-ups, dips and push-ups.
It was a beautiful and very nice day since I hadn't seen him for a while, and it was the best experience I've had in a long time because I hadn't spent time with him, and also, the fact that I taught him and that we train together makes it a very nice experience. He is a great friend of mine.🫂
