Shadows in a Colorful World - LMAC FreeStyle

Hello Hivers!

Meet me again, sending warm greetings to those of you who always take the time to read my posts.

Today, I will present my latest collage. I decided to be a bit different this time, by choosing lighter and more colorful colors and images, different from some of my previous collages which were rather gloomy and dark.

Natural elements such as butterflies, flamingos and flowers not only add a touch of visual beauty, but also imply the life, freedom and beauty that surrounds the shadowy figure standing at the center of this collage.

Using the dominant colors of yellow and blue (which have long been my preferred templates), this colorful theme brings vibrancy and joy to the figure.

Love the colors @bayuismail. What I like the most is the stark contrast between the dark figure and the bright flowers.

Wow...my fractals made a nice backdrop for the clock. It really amazes me the designs others create with my fractals that I hadn't thought of. I'll definitely keep that in mind for the other mandalas I created in other colors. Thanks for the idea and thanks for including it in your theme. I appreciate it.

Thanks for sharing your collage. Take care.

Thank you so much for your appreciation! I'm glad you like it @justclickindiva.

I have seen some of your fractal collections, and they are all very interesting. One of my favorites is this sword shape. Next time I will try to bring your other fractal shapes. It was really nice experimenting with your fractal collection.

Take care as well.

I'm pleased you found them at #LIL. Some with the transparent background you can't really see their beauty until you place them on a dark surface. Thanks so much. Happy designing. I love freestyling in that I can include other elements without having to add the contest photo if it doesn't fit my theme.

Take care.

@justclickindiva is right, your use of her fractal in the image is surprising, and effective. The image works well. Even on the best day, shadows lurk, don't they? Your collage makes me think in existential terms (forgive me, I tend to think in existential terms). We go about life and distract ourselves. We carry on with our daily activities as though tomorrow is certain. But it's never certain, and always in the background is an awareness of our own mortality.

An interesting collage :)
