Under The Tree (One Tree for Many Lives) - LMAC Round 202
A tree holds a vital role within its surrounding ecosystem. Beyond merely offering shade or serving as a decorative element, it stands as an abundant source of life.
Underneath its lush canopy, there lies a complex web of life. Birds craft their nests within the tree's branches, butterflies flutter around in search of nectar amidst the flowers, and even beneath the sturdy roots, rabbits carve out tunnels for their protection. Through the process of photosynthesis, the tree produces oxygen, providing a breath of fresh air for the small creatures nearby.
Trees aren't just there for looks, they serve as the cornerstone of a thriving and sustainable ecosystem. Imagine, just one tree can offer so much for life. Now, picture if there were ten, a hundred, or even thousands of trees flourishing in that environment? Their presence would bring diverse benefits to the life surrounding them.
I put together this collage after a few failed attempts with different themes. I was struggling to find an engaging idea until I took a moment to ponder while looking at a template provided by @shaka. When I saw the kangaroo's face on that template, it sparked something in me. I wanted to inject a sense of liveliness and freshness into my work, like the freedom felt beneath a blue sky amidst the green grass. Finally, I completed this collage with joy. I depicted the lonely kangaroo appearing liberated in the open wilderness filled with grass and life.
