Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of Bain Fish with Vegetables"

Ingredients:

Bain Fish
Beans
Cauliflower
Potatoes
Garlic paste
Onion
Tomatoes
Green chili
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Oil
Salt
Coriander leaf

Process:

Take a pan. Put in the stove. Add oil and onion. Put tomatoes too. Fry until gets softer. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and green chilli. Fry with some water added. When oil will come up add fish and mix with spices. After 15 minutes add vegetables side by side. Don't stir much otherwise fish will be broken. Add water accordingly. Check vegetables tendered then salt. Garnish with coriander leaf.

Serve with hot rice.

As simple as that!
