Summer Vegetable Jhinga and Prawn Curry 🦐🍛

Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of Jhinga and Prawn Curry"
Ingredients:
Jhinga
Prawn
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Onion
Coriander leaf
Green chill
Oil
Salt
Process:
Jhinga is a summer Vegetable. Full of water which is good for health. Let's start cooking.
Put a pan on the stove. Add oil with onion. Fry together. I specifically add garlic paste in every vegetable. It's good for health. Fry together then add all the dry spices. Don't add much water with spices cause vegetable itself has much water. After spices gets fried add vegetables. Mix with spices. Cover and cook. Check when tendered well. Garnish with coriander leaf.
Serve with hot rice.
