Vegetable Fry with Prawn 🦐

Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of Shashinda Fry"


Ingredients:

Shoshinda
Prawn
Onion
Green chill
Coriander leaf
Turmeric powder
Garlic paste
Oil
Salt

Process:

Cut all the vegetable into slice. Always wash vegetables first then cut into pieces. Keep aside. Put a pan on the stove. Add oil and heated up. Add prawn and onion. Fry until prawn color change. Add turmeric powder and garlic paste. Stir and fry well. When spices will get roasted then add vegetables and mix with spices. Cover and cook. Get all the water dry. Garnish with coriander leaf.

Serve with rice or bread.
