So it's all back to NORMAL with the banks. What is going on?

Self fulfilling prophecies if you project your fears is sometimes what they say! Ignorance is bliss others say!

I discovered this guy Market mania a few months ago and he looks like a downer if a lady were to go out on a date with him. Honestly these guys who put up youtubes constantly and just talk about the bad news must be banking some kind of money. Seriously I see sometimes these guy's putting up 2 video's a day, and they are no pre-recorded from the day before.

In any case, yah I could be a real downer myself. My kids sometimes say, "oh more doom and gloom". I then tell them it's not all bad. They have a chance to rebuild if they survive. In all honesty they are very insulated and although we aren't the actual 1% 'elite' globalists, we certainly live a life style 99% of the world doesn't get to live.

So who is paying 17.1% for the office space that is empty in Canada. It's got to be somebody! Commercial Real-Estate is in the crosshairs of the next big collapse. CRE is the big word I have been hearing a lot about as of late. So yes I guess I could be a 'planner', a 'prepper', a 'downer'. My wife doesn't seem sick of me yet. In fact we all just went out to Timmie's and had some chiller's and coffee. Everyone seemed really happy with something so simple. We just walked around the mall and 'chilled'. I then said everyone seemed happy and sometimes it doesn't take much for just a simple outing to be happy.

On a fun note my wife also has an interview for a work-from-home job. She is actually pretty excited about it and so am I. We could certainly use the extra cash flow, but it amusingly works right into this blog. Will lower rents really make anything better? It just seems like this whole pump and dump scheme is included in residential real-estate for Mcmansions people couldn't afford.

So Canadian bail out for commercial real-estate? Look we already have 20% inflation in a recession. Banks will have contagion and it will be amazing to see this papered over. Canada will look like Venezuela, and I even have some USD cash ready. I am withdrawing cash from the banks because I never know when this shit-show will just completely implode. ATM's have $1000 withdraw limit a day. It doesn't take much to withdraw if I do it every day.

Anyways, I squeezed out another blog for a little more crypto. Cash, gold, guns.. just missing a proper getaway. I do not believe I can just bunker up in some off-grid cabin. Too big of a family.. so I'm hoping my neighbhors will be more cooperative then foes. I guess it could happen, I mean nobody narc'd on me during Covid..

Lack of food on the other hand can make Cocaine Bear's look tame. So I do have some food for the family..

Commercial real-estate should be dropping in price... but it is not.
It just gets more and more vacant.

I guess they mostly have loans, where if the lower the rent, it makes the business plan fraudulent, and thus the loan gets called in.

I keep waiting for industrial buildings to drop in price, and just haven't seen it.

At some point the whole scheme has to collapse, but...

When you owe the bank a 100,000 dollars its your problem
When you own the bank 10 million dollars its the bank's problem.
(or something like that. Adjust for inflation)

It is already too late to move to the woods.
What you need now is good people around you.
Good preppers help preppers.

But, i must state that you need a greenhouse.
Build your plans around that

Good to grab that cash before the withdrawal limit is dropped to $250 😬

You will have nothing and be happy. I think they've discovered how the rental model solves most income problems and they want to apply it to every facet of our lives.
