Utilization has been eroded to fiction!

I'll start off monday with something we already know. Services are abound in the western world. We have therapists for therapists and servers for servers. Lawyers from bureaucratic laws, and politicians for talking and doing next to nothing. We could go on and on and on.

In this day and age we are parading rational tweets, making macro economic predictions based on mathematics.. to no avail. There are some people listening but we always just preach to the choir. So in terms of 'thinking' what is to come of the service world?

Obviously we are rational individuals. "Service" sector is widespread and some are vital to society functioning properly. The question is what requires 'functional' vital services. The main concern is how money is made. The underlying debt based system is unsustainable in it's current form. We kicked the can down the road because essentially debt is a ponzi scheme.

My wife asked me, "When will people show us they cannot borrow anymore". I said it takes time, but once people give up their vacations in place of shelter and food you will know. I'm sure this is already happening on-mass but shifting from vacation debt to food debt also takes time to digest. Now to be clear I believe a shift will happen. Most people are using credit or debt to fuel their lifestyle. It's foolish, but it will explode all at the same time much like mortgages in 2007.

So since we are truly awake (not woke) we should be pinching pennies NOW. We should be reducing debt as much as possible and stop foolish spending practises. Unfortunately to me it means less alcohol and weed to get me through the weeks, months, and years ahead. Taking a vacation in my mind is not a good option either. You see for us average folk, some will be reduced to owning nothing, and some of us will be able to stretch on for a bit longer. What is left? Well the next decade will be in the history books.
