My wife decided to make a nice spread on labor thanksgiving day.So I took the opportunity to make a collage with the dishes that she made.It was also a great way the celebrate the efforts made in completing this 15-week wellness challenge.

This is my final report for the Wednesday Wellness Club. If you have been following our journey you would know that the Wednesday Wellbeing Club is for anyone who wants to make some lifestyle changes. It has been running every week for fifteen weeks until Wednesday 24 November 2021 (Yes that's right today marks the closing of this 15-week challenge).

My wellness targets covered a wide range. I used the Rule of Fives to track the indicators shown in the table below.

My Week 13 Well-being Report

ReflectionHive blog, ๐Ÿ™Today I'm reflecting on the journey I started 14 weeks ago by setting wellness goals. I haven't done as well as I expected but I've taken steps in the direction of progress and will continue to do so going forward.Achieved.
Family Relations๐Ÿ“šEven though I've always been spending quality time with my family,but I used this medium to share some of the activities I do weekly with my kids.In the current educational environment I tend to spend alot of time supervising their homework. Achieved
Physical ExerciseWalking ๐Ÿšถ ๐ŸšŠAnother area of progress that was made was that I essentially stopped driving to work as I have been taking the train๐Ÿš† so that I can exercise naturally by walking. This has also helped to reduce my personal carbon footprint. Progress continues
Lose 4-5kg ๐Ÿฅ…-0.7kgAlthough I need to do more exercises to reduce the bulge in my stomach. This week I lost some weight so cumulatively I lost 0.7kg since I started this weight loss goal mid challenge. I've been walking and taking the train instead of driving but I haven't been very consistent with other forms of exercise like cycling. Progress
FinanceStart 618HP-Now 819HP+201HP 77.% Achieved. Cumulatively I missed my HP goal by (-59HP). My weekly target ๐ŸŽฏ was 20HP so that means I'm three weeks behind my target. On the positive side, I earned an average of 15.4HP weekly over the past 13 weeks.

Be flexible:The road to your destination may not necessarily be a straight line.

Going Forward: I'll continue to monitor key components of my wellness targets weekly but maybe I will post in other groups. I must say thanks to @shanibeer for introducing me to this awesome challenge as I made a number of positive changes in my lifestyle.

Lifestyle Changes Made during this Wednesday Wellness Challenge:

  1. I now drink less juices and more water.
  2. I buy and use a lot less plastic bottles as I now carry my own tea bottle to work.
  3. I now take the train to work instead of driving hence reducing my carbon footprint.
  4. My entire family routinely checks our weight once weekly. (I lost 0.7kg in 7 weeks and counting)
  5. I also started taking suppliments.
