My Life As A Woman And My Attitude Towards Handling Positions #93

It's always fun organizing and participating in contest of which I want to appreciate the team members of this community for their efforts put towards realization of the community goals.

However, I will want to share something I discovered too which made me to write this post with the link below.

I grew up to see men in my locality take major positions and also when I began to grow up I realized that even some men weren’t fit for the position they even handled.

How I began To Make Change In My Life
I will narrate this down to my year in college, In my first year, I began to study the system and I wasn’t into this relationship stuff of a thing because that’s what I found that made women feel too shy to meet up with societal position.

Am not saying you shouldn’t have friends but there should be a limit, not every friend must see what’s under your legs that’s what made my mates felt am probably not a human but I became outstanding to them and my friendship with the opposite sex was with a limit, when I was just growing to understand the system of governance in college I acted and participated fully in it.

I began to apply for position, first I got interested in the class rep position which I was supported and also I moved on to other better positions in the school politics. I also motivated other ladies in school back then to also contest for positions which they began to realize themselves.

I realized that the moment you make up your mind to participate in something to achieve a goal out of it, you can, if you maintain your standards. Don’t get me wrong I had a lot of friends in school but I was careful at both sexes especially when it comes to relationship stuff. Once every guy sees you are handling a position, they want you to be their girlfriend even when the guy has a girlfriend. But knowing your standards will help out

Conclusion
I write to encourage other women to also participate in major positions around them and get involved in different things, now you only get an outstanding performance based on your conduct. If you are the type that gets wooed easily you may not be able to achieve it then it will be a man who isn’t qualified for that position.
