Simple and Delicious Noodles recipe for a Sunday Breakfast

Here is a quick amazing Noodle recipe for a Sunday Breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 packs of noodles
• Hot dog
• Green bell pepper
• Groundnut oil
• Noodles seasoning
• spring onion
• carrot
• Green Beans
• Blended Ginger
• canned sardine
• 2 piece of eggs

PREPARATION

• Firstly, wash the ingredients listed above and dice them to cubes or in cube form.

• I parboiled my noodles for a while, and set aside. Next, I placed a clean dry pan on fire, added groundnut oil, spring onion and diced hot dog.

• I added my carrot, Green beans, Green pepper as well as the blended ginger and the seasoning from the noodles.

• I added my canned sardine fish into the mixture above and allowed them to boil for 2 minutes using low heat.
  

  

• I went ahead and added my already parboiled noodles and stirred it properly until the whole mixture was even.

• I went ahead to fry the eggs. I broke the egg into a bowl, added salt and some sprinkle of Green bell pepper. I whisked them together, placed my groundnut oil on a pan, and placed my egg. Fried on both sides.

• I like my egg golden brown. Final result.
