Hello friends,

It’s a new week and a beautiful Sunday. Here in Nigeria majority of the homes you will visit today, will cook rice. I don’t know how this tradition came about, but I grew up eating rice in my home every Sunday. Rice is actually an occasional food. Today I will be sharing with you all, how I made my CHICKEN CURRY SAUCE and Boiled Rice.

You can add corn flour or any other thickener. Corn flour makes it less watery. If you don’t want boiled maize, it’s still cool.

Some people use ordinary flour. But I will advice you use corn flour. It’s better.
