New Fineline Pen for my Artworks on #marketfriday
( EN / DE ) Maybe you've already seen some of my neurodrawings here? It's a lot of fun but you always need new fineliner pens for it. Today I went to buy new ones. All nicely documented for the #marketfriday by @dswigle :-)
So sorry, the pictures are not that good, seems I missed to clean up the lense.
The selection of all kind of pens is quite large, but for this there is a block on which you can try out the pens:
I decided quite quickly on a model wich you can refill when it is empty. These pens not only look great, but also feel good in the hand. And they come in all sorts of colors!
If the pen proves itself I will buy perhaps once other colors in addition. For the moment, a pen with 3 refill mines in black color is enough for me. I was amazed at how quickly I had found and could decide.
So... on to the shelf with the copy paper. I wanted one that was a little thicker than regular. Should be easy to find, right? Ha Ha....
That was a little more difficult than the pen. Who needs so much different copy paper??? But finally I found one with 120g, which I hope is good:
Thus, my purchases were completed and I had time to look around a little for you and the #MarketFriday. It's just incredible how many things they have for sale!
Oh these pretty note books! I love them. But I already have one or two of them ;-) how many notebooks are enough? But I could resist :-)

Vielleicht hast du schon mal meine Neurozeichnungen hier gesehen? Es macht total viel Spaß aber man braucht auch immer wieder neue Fineliner Stifte dafür. Heute war es wieder einmal soweit, dass ich mich aufmachte um neue zu kaufen. Das alles schön dokumentiert für den #marketfriday by @dswigle :-)
Die Auswahl ist immer recht groß, aber dafür gibt es einen Block auf dem man die Stifte ausprobieren kann :-) Ich habe mich recht schnell für ein Modell entschieden, bei dem man die Miene austauschen kann, wenn sie leer ist. Diese Stifte sehen nicht nur toll aus, sondern liegen auch gut in der Hand. Und es gibt sie in allen möglichen Farben. Wenn sich das Modell bewährt kommen später vielleicht andere Farben dazu. Momentan reicht mir ein Stift mit 3 schwarzen Nachfüllminen.
Ich war überrascht, wie schnell ich den Stift gefunden hatte. Also auf zum Regal mit dem Kopierpapier. Ich wollte ein etwas dickeres aussuchen, das sollte doch auch recht schnell gehen, oder? Ha Ha...
Das war etwas schwieriger als der Stift. Wer braucht denn bitte soviel verschiedenes Kopierpapier??? Aber schließlich fand ich eines mit 120g, von dem ich hoffe, dass es gut ist.
Somit waren meine Einkäufe abgeschlossen und ich hatte Zeit, mich für euch und den #MarketFriday ein wenig umzusehen. Es ist immer wieder unglaublich was es dort alles gibt!
Oh diese Notiz Bücher! Ich liebe sie. Beinahe hätte ich schon wieder eines gekauft. Aber ich habe schon das ein oder andere davon ;-) wieviele Notizbücher sind genug? Aber ich konnte widerstehen :-)

That was todays purchase. The paper is very good. I'm not so sure about the pen anymore, it seems to be an erasable pen. Oh well, I will just try it out the next few days. Probably can give the refills back to the store if they not what I need for my drawings
Das war mein heutiger Einkauf. Das Papier ist sehr gut. Mit dem Stift bin ich mir nicht mehr so sicher, es scheint ein löschbarer Stift zu sein. Nun gut, ich werde es einfach die nächsten Tage ausprobieren, wenn es nicht passt kann ich zumindest die Minen noch zurückgeben.

STOPWow! That is a store after my own heart! VERY well stocked with anything you could want to use to make anything! Sorry the pen isn't what you wanted, but never fear......it looks like they have many more to choose from! Take care!
Yea it's an amazing DIY paradise. Also can find so many new ideas there. And the prices are ok.
We have another realy great store for any Artworks but they are mostly quite expensive. Ok in some terms they have better quality but for most artwork the cheaper ones from the store I showed are good enough.

Die frixion können bei Temperaturen ihre farbkraft verlieren (das ist beabsichtigt) aber es gibt auch löschbare.

Aha? Danke für die info. Aber welchen Sinn hat es, dass sie die Farbkraft verlieren? 🤔 wofür nutzt du die?
Echt schade weil sie liegen total gut in der Hand. Aber das Schwarz ist auch eher ein dunkel dunkel grau.
Für die Kids ist das sicher cool so ein "Zauber Effekt" 😂 Ich weiß noch, dass die Kids den gerne fürs schummler schreiben verwendet haben. 😂 War es warm bei dir im Raum als du sie verwendet hast?

I love stationery shops, something about the rows and rows of similar products but in different colours and shapes and sizes that really fascinates me
Sometimes I think I should work in a place with many pencils, notebook, colors and all those things :-) I would be the best customer myself ;-) You call it stationery shop? where you find all things for art, crafting, and so on?
We rarely get shops that just sell stationery nowadays, normally bookshops have a section where they sell stationery. We also have small independent shops that sell art stuff, or craft stuff but I guess like every where else it is difficult for small independent shops to survive nowadays. We have a large chain called Hobbycraft that dominates the market in UK, other wise it's the internet
All the little crafting Shops had gone over the years 😯 this I showed is like a Supermarkt specisliced on such things. They have a lot of stores in the town.
But as Graz is a big City with Universities we also have two "real" Art stores. They are great but really expensive.
This post made me want to visit this store!
I can't believe what a selection they have - who needs that many types of glue lol?
I'm so sorry the pen didn't turn out to be what you need, I hope you can return it. Thanks for taking us along with you to the store, that was nice window shopping for me - I consider stationary shops dangerous as I will spend way more money than I should lol

This was such a cool store! Thank you so much for giving us the tour! I always forget just how much fun there is packed into those places. The pens are erasable? Oh, no! You probably are not going to want those. I am sure you will have more fun finding just what you need. These shops are certainly dangerous! I don't even draw and yet, I am strangely drawn to sketchbooks. Growing up, I loved going to our stationery shops downtown, they always had the most exquisite writing paper and exotic pens to write with. The artist paint was in their downstairs section, all the art supplies were there. You have such a lovely store.
I still meander around stores that have a stationary section. We have many Universities here in the Washington, DC area, so we have stationery stores but, oooh la la! They charge an arm and a leg, just because they have to have the item for school, no matter what it costs! Thank you for taking me with you! You are so much fun!!!
#MarketFriday has evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but, it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact of what is normal for where you live? These are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I can only hope this to be true.

Hey, yes they have been erasable and not permament. Dont know for what use this should be. They told me, the kids would love them. So not me. But I could give them back and found other fineliners, wich feel great. They are somhow made out of a bio based plastic. So maybe better for our nature.
We also have universities here. And for the great art two shops who sell everything. But the prices there are just crazy. Maybe I will shop you one of these shops next time. Altough they are realy dangerous to spend to much money there ;-)
