HELLO HIVE: MY INTRODUCTORY POST!

Greetings everyone, my name is Jude Andrew, and I’m 25 years old, I graduated from mission academy school at the year 2015 and I qualified for the West African examination board. I haven’t applied to any university yet because I don’t think I am quite ready for it.

Life has been quite interesting and challenging for me over the years but being alive is already a big win. I would love to take y’all on an adventure trip of my life but I promise to share that story later on.

WHAT TYPE OF PERSON I AM

I often ask myself the question whenever I get to be alone but I don’t seem to be able to get a satisfying answer to that, well I do know that I am a loyal person to a fault, I love playing video games, I am proudly an extrovert, well I’m quite good at making friends but I can be very picky when it comes to which of the friends I keep close to me. I would say I don’t like lies but that’s what we all say, not minding the fact that we all get to a point in life when choose not to say the truth because it might offend or hurt someone we care about.

I have done quite several jobs through the years ranging from being a bus conductor to being a driver and a graphic designer today, I must admit that’s a very huge upgrade over the years, I’m still growing and still trying to explore new things and learn new skills.

I have been hearing about Hive for quite a long time from a very close friend of mine @deraaa at first I felt reluctant but over two years of watching how consistent she is and the changes I’ve seen in her, I decided to take a leap of faith and join the moving train.

WHAT INSPIRED ME TO JOIN?

Having noticed the positive changes in @deraaa, I became curious because Hive changed her life. I needed such a change in my life also and that prompted the question I ask her two years ago what is hive? her response was “hive is like a platform where you can learn, explore, meet new people and also express yourself in written words”. I guess you could imagine the look on my face when I heard that. I obviously wasn’t satisfied with the answer so I had to come see for myself, I admit that joining hive has been a great decision, reading through hive has been one of my best experiences this year.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME?

Well, I would sincerely like to emphasize that I am a newbie who is willing to learn from everyone. I do not want to be a victim of some offenses that I had no idea would be bad for the platform.

I would always try to put out the best of me, thanks to my two coaches @deraaa and @cescajove I’ve been able to learn more than I thought possibly in a short while, I’m absolutely excited to see how much I could push myself to achieving by this time next year, hopefully I’ll be able to make myself, my coaches and the entire hive communities proud.

Thank you, i am excited to learn more on hive and I would be glad to have more coaches that’ll help me explore more than i know now. I believe no knowledge is a waste so I want to seize any and every opportunity I get.

I feel proud of myself for taking a bold step getting into hive, it’s really innovating for me, I know this is just a step one for me, there’ll be challenging times ahead but I am ready to face them heads on.
