Is TribalDex Oupost an open source project?

TribalDex Outpost has some hefty fees for anyone that wants to launch a new community that I think are around 5,000 BEE tokens. But I wonder if with some technical knowledge someone could install it on its own and have the same functionality as a TribalDex Outpost with all the staking, delegation and upvoting features that we've all got acustomed with. So maybe someone has some insight on this and is willing to share it with the community.

I am no expert, but it is my understanding that Hive BlockChain is open-source. I see in the comments below @aliveandsocial has provided a link to the source code.
Keep in mind according to the opensource agreement anything built with opensource code must also provide their code as opensource.
I do think that you can program these things. I am not sure what kind of cost would be associated with such a project.
