Trade Mania- This is why AVA is my best trading decision

In my days in this crypto space, I have made both good and bad decisions within and outside Hive. I'd like to share my best trading decision in the Trade Mania initiative hosted by BD community. Out of the lot, AVA currently stands out as my most successful buy in terms of utility, potential and by extension, gains.

I first heard about the coin from @empoderat, but at the time, I had it confused for AAVE, a different coin I was holding. I ended up selling my AAVE for a profit but that was right before the bull run kicked off, and so I missed out. That's a story for another day.

Anyway, AVA is the governance token for a Binance backed cryptocurrency based travel agency called Travala. Naturally, buying the coin turns you into an investor in the project and holding it, just like holding hive, means you gain from the pump and dump.

However, unlike previous pump and dump schemes like that of AAVE, and RUNE that I gambled with, this coin offers something more than a plaything for speculators. Then again, the previously mentioned coins also offer something extra but I don't know how to enploy their utility, so I just gamble with them.

So, while empoderat shilled the coin aggressively on Twitter and Leofinance community, the coin was around $0.5. I was very reluctant to buy in because I hadn't explored the utility of it and didn't need another pump and dump token in my arsenal.

Then came @trumpman into the mix with posts about the smart program where you stake coins and earn dividend. Now seeing as I'm very accustomed to plebish moves, like the AAVE gaffe, I generally prefer just taking money and locking it up somewhere to earn dividend.

By the time I made up my mind to buy the coin and stake, the price had risen to $0.8 range. I felt a little bad about missing the first and cheaper wave but whatever, I dived in anyway.

I got a bit over $370 worth of the coins at the time and that amounted to 527 pieces of the coins. I took out 500 AVA coins from Binance and staked it for the smart program that yields 24% APY, while I kept back 27 for the pump and dump fun.

I ended up selling the 27 coins left at the exchange for 67% profit at $1.2 while the other part remained staked in my Travala wallet.

Along the line, the pleb in me has tempted me numerous times to sell but I've resisted the urge, and I'm glad I did.

At the time of writing, the coin has already made a whole 194% profit from my initial purchase and judging by how solid it is and the potential revenue that will be generated through travel when the vaccines has been properly distributed later in March, it is dead certain to break into the top ten.

I'm obviously very bullish about the coin and have even made plans to use my revenue generated from staking to fund my honeymoon,after my wedding in June.

I'm not too greedy, and I'd be willing to sell the coin whenever it achieves a measly 1200% gain($10 per token) expectation. 😋

The 60 day chart that goes all the way back to times even before this bull market kicks off gives a clear picture of the trajectory of this project.

In crypto, the movements are logarithmic, rather than arithmetic as real-time values convey in the market. If it keeps on moving at this trend, the next 60 days will find the token price at the precipice of $10 and of course my profit limit, assuming I don't get greedy of course.

Well, that's just wishful thinking of course but in the space, you never know. I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best.
