Cayman Beach; a curious beach on the Orinoco River (Eng - Esp)
Greetings friends travelers around the world, I wish you are enjoying good health and have an excellent day in family unity; today I share my visit to the Orinoco River as it passes through the Cedeño municipality and also marks the boundary between the states of Bolivar and Guárico; This river is the largest in Venezuela and offers beautiful landscapes in different areas of the territory through which its waters pass, the first months of the year the country goes through the drought period where rainfall is scarce and the heat is very strong, in this period the river flow drops and you can see the rocks and sand around the river.
Saludos amigos viajeros en todo el mundo, deseo se encuentren disfrutando de buena salud y tengan un excelente día en unión familiar; hoy comparto mi visita al Río Orinoco en su paso por el municipio Cedeño y que además marca el límite entre los estados Bolívar y Guárico; este río es el más grande de Venezuela y ofrece hermosos paisajes en las diferentes zonas del territorio por donde pasan sus aguas, los primeros meses del año el país atraviesa el período de sequía donde las lluvia son escasas y el calor muy fuerte, en este período el caudal del río baja y se pueden observar las rocas y arena alrededor del río.
The period of drought contributes to the formation of a curious beach that can be observed in the photograph number 1, due to the distance it was not possible to take a clearer shot, but in the photo a strip of bare land separated by a vegetation layer is appreciated, it receives the name of Caiman Beach, in honor to this reptile that inhabits the river; In fact it is also known as Caiman of the Orinoco, the transfer to the beach is made in curiara or small boats, since this is located very close to the neighboring population (Cabruta), many tourists and residents visited this beach during Easter week, the influx of people was numerous.
El período de sequía contribuye a la formación de una curiosa playa que se puede observar en la fotografía número 1, debido a la distancia no fue posible una toma más clara, pero en la foto se aprecia una franja de tierra descubierta separada por una capa vegetal, recibe el nombre de Playa Caimán, en honor a este reptil que habita en el río; de hecho se le conoce también como caimán del Orinoco, el traslado a la playa se hace en curiara o barquitas, ya que esta se ubica muy cerca de la población vecina (Cabruta), muchos turista y residentes visitaban esta playa en semana santa, la afluencia de personas era numerosa.
Between the months of March and April you can observe this curious beach and large expanses of sand on the banks of the river, the landscape at this time changes completely and the river itself looks like a beach, walking on the sand is a nice and relaxing experience to enjoy the contact with nature.
Entre los meses de marzo y abril se puede observar esta curiosa playa y grandes extensiones de arena en la orilla del río, el paisaje en esta época cambia totalmente y el río en si parece una playa, caminar por la arena es una linda y relajante experiencia para disfrutar el contacto con la naturaleza.

Mira que interesante, en una visita a Bolívar fui con mi esposo y unos primos a una playa Río que parecía un balneario, tenía hasta churuatas, bastante lindo.

je, je supongo que te refieres a los caribes (pirañas), abundan en el Río Orinoco y los diente son pequeños pero afilados. 🐟🐟

Conozco el Rio Orinoco, me impactó el Puente de Angostura, Ciudad Bolívar; viví un tiempo en Puerto Ordáz, enamorado del Caroní; y no me mojé un dedo del pie.
Pánico a los animalitos -😁- del rio... 😁
Son solo unos pececitos con dientes filosos 🐟🐟.
El puente Angostura es hermoso, no se si has visto el Orinoquia, es espectacular y un diseño muy diferente al anterior; playa Caimán se ubica en el límite de Bolívar y Guárico (Caicara del Orinoco), el estado Bolívar tiene lindos paisajes y destinos turísticos , me encanta Puerto Ordaz, La Llovizna y el parque Cachamay.
Hace mucho que no voy; espero que pronto pueda pues amé ese estado.
