Mientras complaces el paladar con esta deliciosa preparación puedes disfrutar el bello paisaje y la impresionante vista a la Península de Araya; en temporada alta es común ver largas filas de autos y miembros de las familias esperando por su anhelado coctelito, viene en varias presentaciones, vasitos, envases de vidrio de variados tamaños y el plato familiar.

Los kioskos donde venden estas delicias tienen un diseño muy particular de forma triangular, dividido en cuatro secciones por muros de concreto recubiertos con cerámica, las vigas que sostienen el techo son de hierro y están pintadas diversos colores, lo cual hace atractivos a estos curiosos kioskos, de acuerdo a la información de un residente la forma los kioskos está muy vinculada a las viviendas de los indígenas que habitaban la costa caribeña, estas eran de madera con techos de palma y su característico chinchorro en la parte central donde el jefe de familia acostumbraba a descansar luego de las largas jornadas de pesca.

El paisaje que ofrece la cinta costera de la ciudad es realmente hermoso y abarca la avenida perimetral, el sector Caigüire y en la salida de la ciudad el Peñón, donde se puede apreciar una gran vista de la playa y se ubican varios hospedajes con acceso directo a las cálidas aguas del Mar Caribe que bañan las costas Venezolanas; la avenida perimetral forma parte de la arteria vial que conduce a la población de Carúpano (capital del municipio Bermúdez) que destaca por sus bellas playas.
El primer kiosko que visité y donde tuve la oportunidad de conversar con un amable pescador tiene un lindo recubrimiento de piedras y se conserva en buen estado las vigas de soporte forman una especie de paraguas, el techo en la parte superior está cubierto con un manto protector y tiene la caída de dos aguas, la parte trasera de este se ubica unos centímetros más alta que la frontal, las vigas forman un pentagono que reposa en los muros de concreto armado.

I definitely must go to Cumana, thanks to Hive, I have discovered that it is beautiful. The kiosks are interesting because of their asymmetry and the difference in roof slopes. Yes, having a refreshing drink in them sounds like a good plan.
