Hoy les comparto una #receta para preparar: Un delicioso , nutritivo y proteico almuerzo , se trata de croquetas de arvejas y carne molida con pan tostado con margarina y orégano. Este almuerzo es ideal para disfrutar en compañía de familiares y amigos.

Today I share with you a #recipe to prepare: A delicious , nutritious and protein lunch , it is peas and ground beef croquettes with toasted bread with margarine and oregano. This lunch is ideal to enjoy in the company of family and friends.

Arvejas (1 taza)
Carne molida (150gr)
Cebolla (1)
Ajíes
Ajo en polvo
Pimienta negra

INGREDIENTS
Peas (1 cup)

PROCEDIMIENTO
Inicié limpiando las arvejas, luego las dejé en un bol con agua por cuatro horas.

Después lavé con abundante agua los vegetales , después corté.

Cuando pasaron las cuatro horas retiré el agua de las arvejas, colé y empecé a moler las arvejas.

Luego le agregué la carne molida.

Después hice las croquetas en forma de círculos y en una sartén previamente calentada en aceite puse a freír.

Luego corté el pan en trozos, agregué margarina, orégano y puse a tostar.
