Hoy les comparto una #receta para preparar:Delicioso almuerzo , rápido y sencillo de preparar en tan sólo pocos minutos. Se trata de arroz con zanahoria , pollo frito y ensalada de tomate, cebolla y pepino. Este almuerzo es ideal para reponer fuerzas después de esos días agitados y llenarnos de vitalidad para comenzar con nuestra rutina diaria. Éste es rico en vitaminas y minerales que nos ayudará a fortalecer nuestro sistema inmunológico y combatir virus y enfermedades.

Today I share with you a #recipe to prepare:Delicious lunch , quick and easy to prepare in just a few minutes. It is rice with carrots, fried chicken and tomato, onion and cucumber salad. This lunch is ideal to replenish strength after those hectic days and fill us with vitality to start our daily routine. It is rich in vitamins and minerals that will help us strengthen our immune system and fight viruses and diseases.

Pollo
Arroz (2 tazas)
Tomate (1)
Cebolla (1)
Pepino (1)

INGREDIENTS

Rice (2 cups)
Tomato (1)
Onion (1)

PROCEDIMIENTO
Inicié limpiando y lavando el arroz con abundante agua, luego llevé a fuego alto en una olla con agua hasta cocer.

PROCEDURE
I started by cleaning and washing the rice with abundant water, then I put it over high heat in a pot with water until it was cooked.

Mientras el arroz se cocía limpié y lavé el pollo , después condimenté con ajo en polvo, sal y pimienta negra
While the rice was cooking, I cleaned and washed the chicken, then seasoned it with garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

Luego en una sartén previamente calentada en aceite puse a freír el pollo hasta dorar.
Then in a frying pan previously heated in oil I fried the chicken until golden brown.

Después lavé con abundante agua los vegetales y corté en rodajas.
Then I washed the vegetables with abundant water and cut them into slices.

Finalmente serví y listo! Delicioso almuerzo para disfrutar en compañía de familiares y amigos a fin de gozar de bienestar y salud.
