Hoy les comparto una #receta para preparar: Un delicioso almuerzo lleno de vitaminas y proteínas , se trata de arroz , caraota , plátano frito , huevo y queso. Este almuerzo es muy sencillo de preparar y es ideal para fortalecer nuestro cuerpo ya que es una fuente de proteínas , también contiene magnesio que nos ayuda a desarrollar los huesos y músculos sanos y fuertes.

Today I share with you a #recipe to prepare: A delicious lunch full of vitamins and protein , it is rice , caraota , fried plantain , egg and cheese. PROCEDIMIENTO
Inicié limpiando y lavando el arroz, luego llevé a fuego alto hasta cocer.
