Saludos estimada comunidad amante de la comida y el buen sabor #foodiesbeehive, que Dios les bendiga, deseo se encuentren disfrutando de buena salud y tengan un feliz y bendecido día, hoy comparto una receta para preparar un delicioso almuerzo: Arroz, ensalada chorizos de albahaca, es la primer vez que en casa comemos estos chorizos y tienen un agradable sabor y textura, la ensalada agrega frescura a los platillas además es una importante fuente de vitaminas y minerales, les muestro el proceso de preparación.

INGREDIENTES
Chorizo de albahaca (3)
Arroz (250 gr)
Tomate (3)
Pepino (1)
Cebolla (1)
Aceite de Oliva (2 cucharas)

INGREDIENTS

Rice (250 gr)
Tomato (3)
Cucumber (1)
Onion (1)
Olive Oil (2 spoons)

PROCEDIMIENTO

Para cocinar el arroz agregué tazas de agua, sal a gusto y llevé a la estufa, cociné a fuego alto por 10 minutos al hervir, bajé el fuego tapé la olla y dejé en cocción por 18 minutos, retiré y reservé.

To cook the rice I added cups of water, salt to taste and took it to the stove, cooked over high heat for 10 minutes when it boiled, lowered the heat, covered the pot and let it cook for 18 minutes, removed and set aside.

Mientras el arroz estaba en cocción lavé los chorizos y llevé al fuego durante 15 minutos con 50 ml de agua al hervir el agua pinché los chorizos con un tenedor para extraer la grasa y dorar un poco, además esto ayuda en la cocción interna del chorizo.

While the rice was cooking, I washed the chorizos and put them on the fire for 15 minutes with 50 ml of water. When the water boiled, I pricked the chorizos with a fork to extract the fat and brown them a little, this also helps in the internal cooking of the chorizo.

Lavé los vegetales con agua y vinagre, retiré las conchas, semillas y corté en tiras y rodajas, seguidamente agregué el aceite de oliva, sal al gusto mezclé y reservé.

I washed the vegetables with water and vinegar, removed the shells, seeds and cut into strips and slices, then I added the olive oil, salt to taste, mixed and set aside.

Amiga, esa marca de chorizo es muy buena, éste de albahaca no lo he probado, cuando lo vea en el super lo compraré. Tu plato se ve super rico, la ensalada mixta y el arroz son el acompañamiento ideal... Un abrazote!
