Hoy les comparto una sencilla #receta para preparar Pasta salteada con vegetales y pollo frito, el plato ideal en esas ocasiones cuando disponemos de poco tiempo para cocinar el almuerzo; se prepara en pocos minutos y es rica vitaminas y minerales, además la proteína que aporta el pollo, incluir vegetales en la dieta es beneficioso para la salud; ya que constituyen una importante fuente nutrientes para el buen funcionamiento del organismo, les muestro el proceso de elaboración.

Today I share with you a simple #recipe to prepare sautéed pasta with vegetables and fried chicken, the ideal dish on those occasions when we have little time to cook lunch; it is prepared in a few minutes and is rich in vitamins and minerals, plus the protein provided by the chicken, including vegetables in the diet is beneficial to health; as they are an important source of nutrients for the proper functioning of the body, I show you the process of preparation.
INGREDIENTES
Pasta (250 gr)
Pollo (234 gr)
Cebolín (1 rama)
Repollo Morado (45 gr)
Ají (6)
Cebolla Morada (1)
Ajo porro (1 rama)
Comino
Margarina (1 cuchara)
Aceite.
INGREDIENTS

Purple Cabbage (45 gr)

Garlic (1 branch)
Cumin
Margarine (1 tablespoon)

PROCEDIMIENTO
Llevé al fuego 3 litros de agua con sal al gusto, al hervir agregué la pasta y dejé en cocción por 8 minutos, colé y reservé.

Lavé los vegetales con agua y vinagre, dejé el repollo en remojo por 12 minutos para higienizar profundamente y extraer el componente que produce gases.

Corté los vegetales en tiras y rodajas, además pasé el repollo por agua caliente durante 3 minutos.

Sofreí los vegetales en margarina durante 2 minutos a fuego medio.
I sautéed the vegetables in margarine for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Luego agregué la pasta y salteé por 3 minutos a fuego bajo.

Lavé el pollo agregué sal y comino, dejé reposar por 7 minutos.

Llevé a la sartén con aceite muy caliente y cociné por 2 minutos a fuego alto, luego bajé a fuego medio y dejé en cocción hasta dorar, retiré y con papel absorbente quité el exceso de grasa.

Finalizada la cocción emplaté y listo! un delicioso almuerzo para comer en familia.

That looks absolutely delicious! I made something like that yesterday but added some tomatoes and carrots. It was delicious. I love vegetables especially carrots. Apart from making fod nutritious, they add a special flavour to it; distinct taste!
