Saludos querida comunidad amante de la comida, Dios les bendiga y pasen un feliz martes. Nuevamente con ustedes para compartir una #receta: Carne asada con guasacaca de alcaparra, arepitas fritas y ensalada de pepino, tomate y cebolla; ideal para un almuerzo o cena.
Las ensaladas son ricas en vitaminas y minerales, a mi encanta comerlas ya sea crudas o cocidas, aportan un gran sabor y frescura a la comida, las arepas son el acompañante "obligado" de la carne, también el plato de mayor preparación y consumo en el país; sopa o carne (asada, parrilla, frita, pollo asado, a la broaster, horneado, entre otros) sin arepa está incompleto.
La Alcaparra (Capparis spinosa) se usa como aderezo en la preparación de pizza, ensalada, guiso entre otros. Contiene proteínas, fibra, vitaminas (A, C, y K), minerales (sodio,hierro y potasio), entre sus beneficios para la salud destacan: ayuda a combatir la sequedad en la piel, estabilizar la presión arterial, descongestionante de las vías respiratorias, además posee propiedades depurativas (fuente: Mi Tío)

INGREDIENTES
Carne (120 gr)
Ajo en polvo.
Tomate (5)
cebolla (1)
Pepino (2)
Pimentón (1/2)
Alcaparra (60 gr)
Mayonesa.
Perejil (1 rama)
Ajo (2)
Aceite para la ensalada (2 cucharas)
INGREDIENTS
Meat (120 gr)
Garlic powder.
Tomato (5)
Onion (1)
Cucumber (2)
Paprika (1/2)
Capers (60 gr)
Mayonnaise.
Parsley (1 branch)
Garlic (2)
Salad oil (2 spoons)
PROCEDIMIENTO
Guasacaca de Alcaparra
Previo lavado de los ingredientes llevé a la licuadora un poco de mayonesa, alcaparra y perejil, licue y verifiqué la sal, (un poco salada, lo suficiente para no agregar sal a la mezcla); luego agregué más mayonesa, el resto de alcaparras y licue por 20 segundos.
PROCEDURE
Caper Guasacaca
After washing the ingredients, I took some mayonnaise, capers and parsley to the blender, blended and checked the salt (a little salty, just enough so as not to add salt to the mixture); then I added more mayonnaise, the rest of the capers and blended for 20 seconds.
Seguidamente añadí , pimentón, 1 rodaja de cebolla, el resto de la mayonesa licue nuevamente y reservé.
Next I added paprika, 1 slice of onion, the rest of the mayonnaise, blended again and set aside.
Carne Asada
Lavada la carne agregué sal, ajo en polvo, mezclé y dejé en reposo por 20 minutos.
Roast Beef
Once the meat was washed, I added salt, garlic powder, blended and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Luego llevé a la sartén, dejé en cocción a fuego medio volteando cada 3 minutos, hasta dorar por ambos lados.
Then I took it to the frying pan and let it cook over medium heat, turning every 3 minutes, until browned on both sides.
Ensalada de pepino, tomate y cebolla
Lavé y pelé los vegetales.
Cucumber, tomato and onion salad
I washed and peeled the vegetables.
Corté y agregué en un tazón la cebolla, pepino, tomate sal y aceite.
I cut and added in a bowl the onion, cucumber, tomato, salt and oil.
Mezclé y lista la ensalada.
I mixed and the salad was ready.
Serví, acompañé con arepitas fritas y a disfrutar de un delicioso almuerzo.
I served, accompanied with fried arepitas and enjoyed a delicious lunch.
