Hoy les comparto una #receta para preparar: Pasta (pastina) con salchicha, zanahoria y papa frita, ideal para el almuerzo de los pequeños de la casa; la pastina es un alimento para niños rico en vitaminas, además viene en diferentes figuras que la hacen atractiva a los niños que empiezan a comer solido, en este caso mi hijo no es muy pequeño pero decidí prepararle esta pastina que le gusta mucho, y disfrutó su almuerzo, agregué zanahoria;ya que es una verdura rica en vitaminas A que ayudan a fortalecer la visión, favorece la digestión, estimula el apetito y es una importante fuente de energía, dado su contenido de potasio y fósforo; es sencilla de preparar, acompañame en el proceso de elaboración.

PROCEDIMIENTO
Llevar al fuego una olla con 1 1/2 litro de agua, al hervir agregar la pastina, cocinar por 5 minutos, colar y reservar, si desea puede añadir margarina para dar más sabor.

Cortar la salchicha y zanahoria en cubos y el cebollín en rodajas.
