Hoy les comparto una #receta para preparar: Delicioso almuerzo lleno de vitaminas y proteínas que nos ayudarán a mantenernos fuertes y saludables. Este almuerzo es ideal para fortalecer el sistema inmunológioco a fin de combatir virus y enfermedades, también ayuda al desarrollo y crecimiento de los huesos .
La preparación de hoy fue un sabroso puré de papa con ensalada cocida de zanahoria, papa , remolacha y huevo acompañada de aguacate.

Today I share with you a #recipe to prepare: Delicious lunch full of vitamins and proteins that will help us stay strong and healthy. This lunch is ideal to strengthen the immune system to fight viruses and diseases, it also helps the development and growth of bones.
Today's preparation was a tasty mashed potato with cooked carrot, potato, beet and egg salad accompanied by avocado.

Inicié lavando con abundante agua las papas , luego pelé y después corté en cubos.

Luego puse en una olla con agua y llevé a fuego alto hasta ablandar.

Mientras la papa se cocía lavé con abundante agua los vegetales , pelé y corté en cubos pequeños.

Después en una olla con agua llevé a fuego alto la zanahoria y la remolacha hasta dejar al dente.

Luego en una olla con agua puse el huevo y llevé a fuego alto hasta dejar bien cocido.

Cuando la papa estaba cocida trituré con un pisa papa y agregué margarina para hacer el puré.
