Hello @storiesoferne, is a shopping center with a great architectural design unique in the city, the Cumaná shopping center is one of the newest, modern and is also very large, initially it was called Traky mall, then Hipergalerías and currently Centro Comercial Cumaná, is located on Humbold Avenue (south part of the city center), Before the construction of this mall, it was a residential area with small commercial premises. With the inauguration of this mall, the area has had a great economic boom, the construction of commercial premises has increased and there are many projects to continue expanding this new commercial area; The Cumaná Plaza shopping center is located on Blanco Fombona Avenue, where it converges with the economic center of the city on Perimetral Avenue (north), where most of the clothing stores, footwear, fabrics, grocery sales are concentrated and approximately one kilometer away is the municipal market, in fact from the southwest part of the Cumaná shopping center, you can see this shopping center (Cumaná Plaza).

Visiting the shopping center Cumaná Plaza, is exciting because I can buy fresh vegetables in Unicasa (which in my opinion along with the coffee Caripe Express are those that attract the largest number of customers and visitors), enjoy a walk with family, see new and modern stores, contemplate the beauty of the place, among others, but at the same time it gives me melancholy and sadness because the food fair is not what it used to be at the beginning and for several years, many establishments, I think 90% closed with the arrival of the pandemic, this space is very lonely compared to how it was before, very few businesses operate, the most popular is the one that sells hot dogs; On my last visit last week there were more people at the fair than when I went in September, I hope that little by little the food establishments will receive more customers and the great gastronomic variety that characterized this fair will return.

Have a happy and blessed day!

Wow! I'm glad those 2 malls have made significant contributions to the economical development of your city. With the rise of commerce, more jobs are created and the trading of goods has become more prevalent. 👍

As for the emotions you've experienced, it's quite understandable to have mixed feelings for your featured architecture. Anyway, there are times when we couldn't control the situation and only have to be more flexible about what's happening. And that explains your reactions to the various activities you've just explained. Thank you for sharing your valuable insights and personal preferences. Have a fun weekend! Blessings! 🙏😊

That's right @storiesoferne, we must be more flexible with the situation and accept the changes, even if they are not what we expect, the world is constantly moving and changes and transformations go hand in hand, I think assimilating a change is sometimes difficult, it costs a bit to break with the established parameters, to which you get used to and leaving the comfort zone clashes with your habits, but you have to move forward and not stay stagnant, the world of finance and business is very dynamic and I believe that the future food fair will be much better than before or instead new topics will come that will give a greater openness to the mall.

Have a happy and blessed weekend!
