Saludos y bendiciones amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, es un placer compartir nuevamente con ustedes, en esta ocasión mi entrada a la iniciativa ser la nota musical FA en las alianzas que ha traído la amiga @mosa71, al leer el título supe de inmediato que escribiría para mi participación, para hacer la historia un poco corta les contaré sobre la alianza modo piña con dos de mis amigas y compañeras de trabajo, del grupo la primera en llegar al centro de trabajo donde laboramos fui yo, a los 3 años de estar allí llegó mi amiga Carmen, en esos día yo iba a salir de permiso post natal y ella sería la encargada de cubrir mi vacante, mi jefa nos presentó y la conexión fue inmediata, resulta que habíamos estudiado en la misma universidad pero en diferentes cortes, hablamos ese día de muchas cosas y una que recuerdo siempre fue los tips que ella me dio para amamantar y cuidar a mi bebe, mi otra amiga Del valle, llegó 4 años después que Carmen, aunque estabamos en departamentos diferentes, coincidiamos en la hora de la comida y salida, allí nació nuestra amistad y hasta la fecha logramos formar un excelente equipo de trabajo, que permitió fortalecer nuestra amistad y lograr muchos objetivos personales y laborales.
Greetings and blessings friends of this beautiful community, it is a pleasure to share with you again, this time my entry to the initiative Being the musical note "FA" in alliances brought by friend @mosa71, when I read the title I knew immediately that I would write for my participation, to make the story a little short I will tell you about the alliance pineapple mode with two of my friends and coworkers, of the group the first to arrive at the workplace where we work was me, after 3 years of being there my friend Carmen arrived, in those days I was going to leave on post natal leave and she would be in charge of covering my vacancy, My boss introduced us and the connection was immediate, it turns out that we had studied at the same university but in different courts, we talked that day of many things and one that I always remember was the tips she gave me to breastfeed and care for my baby, my other friend Del Valle, arrived 4 years after Carmen, although we were in different departments, we coincided at lunchtime and departure, there was born our friendship and to date we formed an excellent work team, which allowed us to strengthen our friendship and achieve many personal and work objectives.
En nuestro trabajo se nos presentó la oportunidad de realizar estudios superiores y sin dudarlo nos inscribimos, les cuento que fue una experiencia maravillosa, nos divertíamos y compartíamos con los demás compañeros a la hora del almuerzo, a la hora de realizar los trabajos en grupo Delvalle y yo eramos las encargadas de escribir, mi amiga Carmen es muy buena hablando, pero el plasmar sus ideas en el papel le resulta un tanto difícil, cuando asignaban las actividades Carmen planteaba sus ideas para realizar las mismas, nosotras escuchábamos atentas explicábamos nuestros puntos de vista al respecto y luego manos a la obra, a escribir se ha dicho, con esta conexión logramos cumplir cada asignación y terminar nuestros estudios de forma satisfactoria.

¿Qué es la alianza modo piña?
Primero les diré que su nombre obedece al conocido dicho "estás como una piña bajo el brazo" para referirse a situaciones donde la persona insiste tanto que lo comparan con unas piña bajo el brazo, lo cual resulta muy incomodo por las características de la concha y corona de esta deliciosa fruta, La alianza modo piña consiste en hacer las tareas o asignaciones en corto tiempo pero que queden excelentes, te imaginas pasar varias horas con una piña bajo el brazo, uff! debe ser super incomodo; modo piña en nuestro caso tiene que ver con el sentido de perfeccionismo que tenemos Delvalle y yo, lo cual es bueno hasta cierto punto porque nos permite realizar las actividades lo mejor posible, pero por otro lado resulta agotador y estresante para los miembros del grupo y también para nosotras; ya que el querer y visualizar un trabajo e cierta forma y que no resulte así genera ansiedad por terminarlo, tal cual como lo planeamos, incluso tuvimos muchos trasnochos para lograr lo planeado, al avanzar al tercer semestre se incrementaron las asignaciones y el nivel de exigencias, en este punto reflexioné sobre la importancia de la responsabilidad y mi obsesión por el perfeccionismo, o le bajaba la intensidad a este aspecto o terminaría agotada por el estrés, en una ocasión por motivos de una fuerte gripe no pude entregar la asignación a tiempo, no tenía fuerzas para escribir y mucho menos para sentarme frente al computador, mis amigos se ofrecieron para ayudarme a hablar con el profesor explicando el motivo de mi incumplimiento y pedir una oportunidad para la siguiente clase, carmen me llamó y me dijo: _ mi hermana quédese tranquila, Delvalle y yo le diremos al profesor que la siguiente clase las 3 le entregamos el trabajo, ver lo calmada y tranquila que estaba mi amiga me ayudó a ver las cosas de una forma diferente, si ese día no se pudo entregar se hará después, a partir de allí me tomo las cosas con más calma, aunque reconozco que no he dejado del todo esa obsesión de que todo debe quedar bien, he aprendido a priorizar las responsabilidades y aprovechar e invertir más tiempo en mi descanso. No les niego que en ocasiones me pongo en modo piña con los proyectos de costura, quisiera terminarlos en tiempo record y cuando me toca descoser me digo: Ahí tienes, por ir rápido, me tomo un descanso luego descoso y de vuelta a la costura.

It must be super uncomfortable; pineapple mode in our case has to do with the sense of perfectionism that Delvalle and I have, which is good to some extent because it allows us to perform the activities as best as possible, but on the other hand it is exhausting and stressful for the members of the group and also for us; We even had many late nights to achieve what we had planned. As we advanced to the third semester the assignments and the level of demands increased, at this point I reflected on the importance of responsibility and my obsession with perfectionism, I either lowered the intensity of this aspect or I would end up exhausted by the stress, on one occasion due to a strong flu I could not deliver the assignment on time, I had no strength to write and much less to sit in front of the computer, my friends offered to help me talk to the teacher explaining the reason for my failure and ask for an opportunity for the next class, Carmen called me and told me: _ my sister stay calm, Delvalle and I will tell the teacher that the next class the 3 of us will deliver the work, seeing how calm and quiet my friend was helped me to see things in a different way, if that day could not be delivered will be done later, from there I take things more calmly, although I recognize that I have not completely left that obsession that everything must look good, I have learned to prioritize the responsibilities and take advantage and invest more time in my rest. I don't deny that sometimes I get into pineapple mode with sewing projects, I want to finish them in record time and when it's my turn to unpick, I say to myself: There you go, for going fast, I take a break, then I unpick and back to sewing.
Siempre he pensado que los amigos son esos hermanos que Dios pone en nuestro camino, para ayudarnos en nuestro andar, con estas amigas y hermanas que la vida me regaló he aprendido mucho y hemos logrado crecer juntas en varios aspectos, en el plano laboral, como ya lo mencioné formamos muy buen equipo y Dios ha sido tan bueno que actualmente estamos trabajando en el mismo departamento, compartimos increíbles momentos y el modo piña se mantiene bajo control jaja, Carmen que es la encargada de organizar los eventos, cuando necesita ayuda urgente nos dice mis amigas las necesito en modo piña, ya sabemos que debemos actuar rápido y dar lo mejor de nosotras, esta Simbiosis por así decirlo, nos ha permitido a Delvalle y mi persona desenvolvernos en diferentes áreas, cuatro años atrás, hablar por micrófono era imposible para mi, los nervios me atacaban de tal forma que me paralizaba, ahora me da un poco de nervio al inicio lo normal y luego sigo tranquila como pez en el agua, esta alianza ha sido fundamental para nuestro desempeño laboral y de gran ayuda en lo personal, hemos aprendido la importancia de explorar otros campos como hablar por micrófono en público, disfrutar y observar los diferentes espacios y no estar anclado en una oficina escribiendo, hay muchas otras cosa además de escribir, el modo piña nos permitió crear una linda amistad, pero es importante mantenerlo bajo control para que no sea él quien nos controle.
I have always thought that friends are those brothers that God puts in our way, to help us in our journey, with these friends and sisters that life gave me I have learned a lot and we have managed to grow together in various aspects, at the workplace, as I mentioned we are a very good team and God has been so good that we are currently working in the same department, we share incredible moments and the pineapple mode is kept under control haha, Carmen who is in charge of organizing the events, when she needs urgent help she tells us my friends I need you in pineapple mode, we already know that we must act fast and give the best of us, this Symbiosis so to speak, This Symbiosis so to speak, has allowed Delvalle and myself to develop in different areas, four years ago, speaking on the microphone was impossible for me, the nerves attacked me in such a way that I was paralyzed, now I get a little nervous at the beginning, normal and then I continue calm as a fish in the water, this alliance has been fundamental for our work performance and of great help personally, We have learned the importance of exploring other fields such as speaking into a microphone in public, enjoy and observe the different spaces and not be anchored in an office writing, there are many things besides writing, the pineapple mode allowed us to create a nice friendship, but it is important to keep it under control so that he is not the one who controls us.

Buenas noches @belkyscabrera esa práctica "modo piña" me causó gracia y me parece superefectiva, porque en los equipos ser la piña bajo el brazo es liderar y aunque hablemos de alianzas y estas sean completamente funcionales siempre está el que organiza, planifica de modo directo e indirecto asigna actividades y si todas estas acciones se enmarcan en un ambiente de armonía, la piña, ha desarrollado su liderazgo natural.

Saludos @beentrepreneur, ha sido una estrategia muy efectiva y funcional por nuestro "modo piña", regularmente tenemos listas las actividades con mucha anticipación, ser la piña bajo el brazo nos ha permitido conocer en cierta forma los posibles pedidos de nuestra querida jefa y anticipar las ideas y sugerencias para atender sus requerimientos, suele decirnos que leemos su mente jaja.
El nombre es gracioso; los compañeros lo escuchan y no entienden el significado, solo le decimos andamos en modo piña.

Saludos @mosa71, gracias por tu hermoso comentario, el modo piña tiene mucha ventajas, pero si no sabes equilibrar las responsabilidades y ritmo de trabajo puede ser muy estresante y agobiante.
El modo piña nos ha funcionado a la perfección en los casos que realmente lo requieren y hemos obtenido excelentes resultados, pero como dije anteriormente es vital mantener el equilibrio y no llegar a los extremos ni muy pasivo ni muy veloz, como dice la famosa frase de una película infantil: "Lento y contento"
