"El Gordo al Arco", an excellent plan to cut the week short in Mendoza and an example of entrepreneurship

Hello friends! I bring you a post about an excellent place I visited the other day. The name is quite particular, because it is called "El Gordo al Arco". If you hear it, you quickly ask yourself What is that? But when you get to the place, you see such a nice energy, that you can hardly sustain that question.

I knew this place about three years ago, and it was a simple kiosk with a lot of vibe, good music and delicious food, but now it has become a small little arm, which gave me a lot of tenderness.

We went with a friend, just to have a beer and some fries, and I think it was the best plate of fries I've had, at least recently. They had cheddar cheese, bacon and egg, something not very healthy, but well, an allowance once in a while doesn't hurt, hehe.

The place has grown a lot, and partly I was surprised because I knew it in its first steps, but on the other hand, I quickly thought that it was quite logical that this would happen, with the beautiful energy that the place had, accompanied by an excellent customer service.

I wanted to share it with you not only to show you a beautiful place, but also to bring you an example of what good vibes, discipline, perseverance and perseverance can achieve.

Suddenly, a corner that could have been a simple food and drink business, has invested in elements for its customers, such as colored lights, a roof on the sidewalk, better food dishes. They have bet on making the bar grow and they have succeeded.

At least for me, it helps me to apply it in my projects and maybe for some of you too. That's why today I'm bringing you closer to Hive :D

“El Gordo al Arco”, un plan excelente para cortar la semana en Mendoza y un ejemplo de emprendimiento

Hola amigos! Les traigo un post sobre un lugar excelente que visité el otro día. El nombre es bastante particular, pues se llama “El Gordo al Arco”. Si uno lo escucha, rápidamente se pregunta ¿Qué es eso? Pero cuando uno llega al lugar, ve una energía tan linda, que difícilmente puede sostener aquella pregunta.

Conocí este lugar hace unos tres años, y era un simple kiosco con mucha onda, con buena música y con rica comida, pero actualmente se ha convertido en un pequeño bracito, lo cual me dio mucha ternura.

Fuimos con una amiga, simplemente a tomar una cerveza y comer unas papas, y creo que fue el plato de papas fritas más rico que he comido, al menos recientemente. Tenían queso cheddar, panceta y huevo, algo no muy saludable, pero bueno, un permitido de vez en cuando no viene mal, jeje.

El lugar ha crecido mucho, y en parte me sorprendió porque lo conocí en sus primeros pasos, pero por otro lado, rápidamente pensé que era bastante lógico que ocurriera eso, con la hermosa energía que tenía el sitio, acompañado de una excelente atención al público.

Quería compartirlo con ustedes no solamente para mostrarles un bonito lugar, sino también para traerles un ejemplo de lo que logra la buena vibra, la disciplina, la constancia, la perseverancia.

De pronto, una esquina que podría haber sido un simple negocio más de comida y algo para tomar, ha invertido en elementos para sus clientes, como luces de colores, techo en la vereda, mejores platos de comida. Han apostado por hacer crecer el bar y lo han logrado.

Al menos a mí, me sirve para aplicarlo en mis proyectos y quizás a alguno de ustedes también. Por eso hoy lo acerco a Hive :D
