Review of accommodation in Barcelona, more than recommended!!!

Hello people!!! How are you today in this Hive family? I hope very well! In this opportunity I bring you a review of an accommodation in which I stayed in Barcelona that I loved and whose price, although it is expensive for the Latin American exchange rate, I found quite affordable compared to others.

I made my reservation through the application called Booking, because having traveled a lot during 2021, I have promotions buying from the cell phone, so I take advantage of some offers.

I think it's very important to share experiences, especially for girls who travel alone. Later I will do a post about tips for women traveling alone, from my point of view, of course (let me know if you would be interested in such a post in comments).

The accommodation is called Marenostrum and it cost me €152 for three nights and four days. €50 per night (average) is an intermediate price, considering that a nice hostel is going for around €25 - €30 with shared bathroom in a room of 8 or more people WITHOUT breakfast. This was a hostel, that means I had my own bathroom and private room and it also included continental breakfast (with lots of goodies to eat).

As I had just finished volunteering at the ADAP animal shelter, I needed a few days to myself, so I considered it very smart to invest in my own peace of mind.

Well, the MARENOSTRUM hostel is next to the Rambla in Barcelona, at the beginning of a neighborhood known as El Raval (where it is not recommended to go at night), but the hostel and the location itself is very good, always observing of course, because it is a very touristy area where there are always too many people.

The receptionists were excellent, the breakfast was a delight and on top of that the breakfast room had incredible views, the room totally comfortable. And, although I rented a room for myself, they gave me one with 3 beds, so at the end I used the extra bed to organize my suitcase and clothes.

Reseña de alojamiento en Barcelona, más que recomendado!!

Hola gente!! Cómo están hoy en esta familia de Hive? Espero que muy bien! En esta oportunidad les acerco una reseña sobre un alojamiento en el que me quedé en Barcelona que me encantó y cuyo precio, aunque es caro para el cambio latinoamericano, me pareció bastante accesible comparado con otros.

Hice mi reserva mediante la aplicación llamada Booking, porque al haber viajado bastante durante el 2021, tengo promociones comprando desde el celular, así que aprovecho algunas ofertas.

Me parece bastante importante compartir las experiencias, en especial para las chicas que viajamos solas. Luego haré un post sobre consejos para mujeres que viajan solas, desde mi punto de vista, claro (déjame saber si te interesaría una publicación así en comentarios).

El alojamiento se llama Marenostrum y me costó €152 por tres noches y cuatro días. €50 la noche (promedio)es un precio intermedio, considerando que un hostel lindo está saliendo alrededor de €25 - €30 con baño compartido en habitación de 8 o más personas SIN desayuno. Esto era un hostal, eso significa que tenía baño propio y habitación privada y además me incluía el desayuno continental (con muchas cositas para comer).

Como yo recién terminaba el voluntariado en la protectora de animales ADAP, necesitaba unos días para mi sola, así que consideré muy inteligente invertir en mi propia paz.

Bueno, cuestión que el hostal MARENOSTRUM está al lado de la Rambla de Barcelona, al inicio de un barrio conocido como El Raval (a donde no es recomendable ir de noche), pero el hostal y la ubicación del mismo en sí, es muy buena, siempre observando claro, porque es una zona muy turística en donde siempre hay demasiada gente.

Los recepcionistas eran excelentes, el desayuno una delicia y encima el desayunador tenía unas vistas increíbles, la habitación cómoda total, y aunque renté una para mi sola, la misma tenía 3 camas individuales, que al final terminé usando de apoya valijas y organizador de ropa, jeje.
