LANCER - The warrior's path

A spearman is a warrior who goes to the front of the battle, his weapon is a spear used to fight at medium distance from the enemy, a spearman is the warrior with the most courage since he has to always be at the front, he is a soldier who has to do fear is his best weapon, that is what K'HAJ wanted to be, a young man from one of the villages that were close to the kingdom, he grew up in a low-income family, his parents had a small farm but everything went in taxes to the kingdom and only to eat, K'HAJ saw this as an injustice and wanted to do something to combat this. One day on the outskirts of the town he saw how some young people were practicing sword fighting. K'HAJ approached a little to see better until he was close to the camp. One of the young people saw him and offered to train with him, but this was a simple trap. to make fun of him.

K'HAJ accepted and joined the group that offered him a spear since this weapon was useless for them and they thought he wouldn't know how to use it. One of the young people pounced on K'Haj, hitting him with the sword that was made of wood. The blow went directly to the head, which hit hard, causing an injury. He immediately knew that they were not playing. If he continued like this, they were going to do much more damage. K'haj, without any knowledge of fighting, took the spear that seemed very familiar to him. tool that he used to collect the large heavy packages of eno, he squeezed the wooden spear very tightly and with a complete movement he stabbed towards the other young man, he did not realize the distance and was hit in the chest by the stab causing him pain when he saw that k'haj hurt him he wanted to hit him again.

The atmosphere was tense but K'haj would not back down. After several blows, the fighting experience of the other young man could be seen. This caused laughter among the other young people who were around. The young man hit again but this time with more force, causing more damage. K'haj, who was very tired, was left dizzy by the blow. He fell hard to the ground and saw that his opponent was going to give another blow. K'haj turned around and saw a wooden shield which he took with one hand and blocked the attack immediately. He took advantage and with the other hand where he had the spear he launched another thrust with more force than before, managing to hit the stomach, the opponent was left breathless and leaned a little when he saw this, and with an impulse he hit the opponent again. Now he could defend himself and attack, that afternoon he faced three young men, his face was beaten like his body but he showed that he was made to be a warrior.

A captain who was taking care of the training camp saw all this from afar. K'haj fell to the ground, exhausted, but not because of the blows, but because he could not maintain his muscles any longer. When he was on the ground, one of the young men wanted to take revenge and give another blow with the sword but the captain shouted to stop the fight, the captain ordered a nurse who was in the camp to treat him. K'haj wakes up with a jump, his arms and ribs are covered in bandages, the captain entered the tent where he was K'haj, when he saw him he told him.

-You have courage young man, I have never seen someone with no experience endure so many blows, you really have the bearing of a spearman.

K'haj was surprised by his words. He finally found something where he could be good. In the afternoon, K'haj returned to the farm accompanied by a warrior sent by the captain to talk about what had happened. After a while the captain visited K'haj's house offering him a position in the kingdom's warrior academy, offering him better benefits for him and his family, K'haj accepted and as the years went by he made sure to build his path as warrior, becoming captain of the king's spearmen.

Un lancero es un guerrero que va al frente de la batalla, su arma una lanza usada para combatir a media distancia del enemigo, un lancero es el guerrero con mas valor ya que tiene que estar siempre al frente, es un soldado que tiene que hacer del miedo su mejor arma, eso queria ser K´HAJ un joven de una de las aldeas que estaban cerca del reino, creció en una familia de bajo recursos , sus padres tenían una pequeña granja pero todo se iba en impuestos al reino y solo quedaba para comer, K´HAJ vio esto como una injusticia queria hacer algo para combatir esto. Un día a las afueras del poblado vio como algunos jóvenes practicaban la lucha con espadas K´HAJ se acerco un poco para ver mejor hasta quedar cerca del campamento, uno de los jóvenes lo vio y le ofreció entrenar con el pero esto era una simple trampa para burlarse de el.

K´HAJ acepto y se unió al grupo que le ofreció una lanza ya que esta arma para ellos era inútil y pensaron que no sabría usarla, uno de los jóvenes se abalanzo sobre k´haj golpeándolo con la espada que estaba echa de madera , el golpe fue directo a la cabeza que golpeo con fuerza causándole una herida , inmediatamente supo que no estaban jugando si seguía así le iban a hacer muchísimo mas daño , k´haj sin ningún conocimiento en lucha tomo la lanza que se le hizo muy familiar a una herramienta que usaba para recoger los grandes bultos pesado de eno , apretó la lanza de madera con mucha fuerza y con un movimiento completo dio una estocada hacia el otro joven , este no se percato de la distancia y fue golpeado en el pecho por la estocada causándole dolor al ver que k´haj lo hirió quiso golpearlo de nuevo.

El ambiente era tenso pero k´haj no retrocedería , tras varios golpes se notaba la experiencia de lucha del otro joven esto causo risa en los demás jóvenes que se encontraban al rededor , el joven golpeo de nuevo pero esta vez con mas fuerza causando mas daño a k´haj que estaba muy cansado el golpe lo dejo mareado , cayo con fuerza al suelo y vio que su contrincante volvería a dar otro golpe , k´haj volteo y vio un escudo de madera el cual tomo con una mano y bloqueo el ataque inmediatamente aprovecho y con la otra mano en donde tenia la lanza lanzo otra estocada con mas fuerza que antes logrando impactar en el estomago, el contrincante quedo sin aliento y se inclino un poco al ver esto k´haj con un impulso golpeo de nuevo al contrincante, ahora podía defenderse y atacar , esa tarde se enfrento a tres jóvenes , su rostro estaba golpeado al igual que su cuerpo pero demostró que si estaba echo para ser un guerrero.

Todo esto lo vio un capitán desde lejos que cuidaba el campamento de entrenamiento , K´haj cayo rendido al suelo pero no por los golpes si no porque no lograba mantener sus músculos mas tiempo , al estar en el suelo uno de los jóvenes quiso vengarse y dar otro golpe con la espada pero el capitán grito para que pararan la pelea, el capitán ordeno que lo tratara un enfermero que se encontraba en el campamento. K´haj se despierta de un salto sus brazos y costillas están recubiertos de vendas, el capitán entro a la tienda en donde se encontraba k´haj , al verlo le dijo.

• Tienes valor joven , nunca había visto aguantar tantos golpes a alguien sin experiencia, de verdad tienes el porte de un lancero.

K´haj quedo sorprendido por sus palabras al fin encontró algo en donde podía ser bueno, en la tarde k´haj volvió a la granja acompañado de un guerrero enviado por el capitán para hablar lo sucedido. Luego de un tiempo el capitán visito la casa de k´haj ofreciéndole un puesto en la academia del guerreros del reino ofreciéndole mejores beneficios para el y su familia , k´haj acepto y con el pasar de los años se aseguro de construir su camino como guerrero, llegando a ser capitán de lanceros del rey.
