Grilled Pork Belly

Last week, we were all in diet, no meat and all light meal . Today, we agreed to have grilled pork belly. I bought 2 pilots pork and grill it all. To have the best sinugbang baboy is to marinate it first with vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, a lot of garlic and onions. Simmer it for a couple of an hour before grilling. Create a fire with a charcoal with medium beat to avoid burning. Flip it every minutes to have a balance result of grilling. When you reach the desired tenderness, slice it and then add a sliced cucumber for a perfect taste.

There is no sauce needed for this when you marinated first the meat before grilling.
