Beef Soup - Bulalo

It's too hot but my brother bought this bulalo for us. It's so yummy and I couldn't resist sipping the spicy soup and eat a lot of the tender cow's skin. It's like a jelly so soft. We are perspiring in the table. The hot spicy bulalo plus the hot weather, made us sweating a lot. Thanks for our brother who gave us food today.

Bulalo is made up from cow skin with some part of the bones and lean meat. These is one of our specialty and I know how to cook this one . But I was not thinking eating such spicy and hot soup today. What we need is a refreshing cold drinks to beat the heat. But brother bought it for lunch so we eat happily together.
