Chicken Adobo

What part of the chicken you prefer the best? There are people who like breast, liver, head, gizzard, legs, feet, thigh, neck or wings. And the best for me is the thigh, The meat in that part of the chicken is so tender and mild soft. It is easy to swallow without meat residue in my tooth.

I cooked chicken adobo as usual yesterday night. Weekend and we were all eating together. The best day of the week is weekend for laughter and being at home altogether. So, I have to keep myself ready for all of them. They loved my recipes for any kind of food I used to serve them. I am the master chef at home and I am thinking the wellness of my family most especially when it comes to their food intakes.
