Ampalaya With Eggs

Health is wealth and here sharing with you the food we eat today. And I wanna share my way on how to cook this without tasting the bitterness of the ampalaya.

Wash thoroughly before slicing it. Set aside after slicing. Prepare an onions, garlic, tomato and eggs.

Heat a cooking pan with enough amount of oil. Stir fry the garlic and onion, add the sliced ampalaya and sliced tomatoes. Do not flip and avoid stirring the amplaya until it become half cook. Put enough salt then add the eggs. After dropping the eggs to half cooked ampalaya, you can now able to stir and mix all the ingredients. Taste it and you will never taste the undesirable bitterness of the ampalaya.
There are people who mix the ampalaya with salt, remove the bitter water from the ampalaya itself and wash. The nutrient from it has gone and it is no longer beneficial to our immune system. That's my secret.
