Balance Diet With Herbal Drink

With full health consciousness, I am doing this as my breakfast. I forgot the bread but it is not necessary to have. The 2 tablespoons of milk powder with ginger and turmeric are already perfect. Hunger never visits me from the first day I was drinking this.

Today is different, before drinking the cup of milk with ginger and turmeric, I boiled two eggs, and sliced a cucumber. We have salted green and black olive so I didn't need any salt to taste the eggs and cucumber .

Until now, I am not yet hungry since morning. I wonder about the magic of these foods I tried lately.
