We need sweets sometimes but it must be beyond control. If we have diabetes in our bloodline, let us control eating delicacies and sweets. Today my sister give me a plate full of sweet bit it is so healthy. She used dates fruit paste to sweetened this. Look at the topping, it is a paste made from a dates bar. It is so expensive . The sweetness of the date cannot cause diabetes. But it is suggested that we should eat date 3 pieces every morning when our stomach is empty. It has a lot of benifits since it is sourceful with fiber. It will help you regain energy even after a long sickness. We have mo pure dates at home or in my sister's house but we bought it in a bar or paste. Just like a chocolate bar but it is made up of dates or from the meat of the date fruits. It can be use to sweetened your milk too.

The delicacy my sister's bake for us is made up from a date's paste. She used crushed biscuit in the base layer of the food and put the dates paste on the top. It tastes so delicious. According to the blog I read, it contents Vitamin C, B, fiber, flavonoids that helps skin care.
