Fresh Banana Cake

We are not eating heavy meal. No meat this time just like other beliefs of the people. My sister kept on baking cake of different kind, salad and everything which is lighter meal.

One of the favorites is banana cake. This time the baking is so soft and moist . I don't like the time she baked banana and it became dry. Today is perfectly done.

We consumed the 1 layer , we like it so much. Now she had an idea that you have to put a lot of banana, more quantity of banana compare to the amount of flour in mixing the batter.
