Fried Fish With Vegetables

Tilapya fish is so much better for deep frying. I bought 2 kilos of tilapya in medium size. Cleaning it thoroughly with lemon to remove unpleasant odor. Put all the spices, venigar and soy sauce as you want in 5 minutes so the taste will penetrate deep inside the meat of the fish. In moderate heat of the pan, put enough oil because I do not reuse oil. I throw the oil after the first time frying. Occational flipping the fish to avoid being burn both sides. When the color become golden brown, it means the frying is perfectly done.

Not yet finish, I used to cook eggplant and tomatoes with anything. I just arranged the vegetable near the cooked fish with the lowest fire in the stove. Leave it for a while and done!
